Thinking about counselling can be daunting. So many of us learn to keep our problems to ourselves, or to see struggling as a weakness. That can be a lot to carry.
I believe that counselling offers a space to explore what our lives have meant for us; a safe place to talk through our thoughts, feelings and experiences.
